(EX)POSED is a dramatic short film based on true events and photography of Laura Schneider in response to the devastating Northern California Wildfires of 2017. The film invites you into the life of a photographer and her journey to capture and honor the devastation of several families who lost their homes in the wildfires. Full of raw and vulnerable expressions of cinematic artistry, the film exposes the universal theme of loss and their collective rise from the ashes. The film’s action campaign brings awareness to fire preparedness and prevention while providing tangible ways to be involved in Northern California’s ongoing efforts to rebuild.
